A patch test is necessary when receiving a hair colour service, also this procedure must be completed at least 48 hours before the appointment.
To secure any booking at the salon and prevent no-shows, deposits are required and if you need to cancel your appointment and do so within the specified time frame, your deposit will be refunded.
We use the VISH color measuring system at Deborah Williams, and for each product, a specific allowance of service will be allotted. Once this allowance has been used, an additional charge will apply for any extra colour required. This may occur if a longer time has passed between appointments likewise if you have thicker-than-average hair. Furthermore if you decide to go for a premium toner a charge will occur.
Both boys and girls are welcome at DW, and we welcome families with any age members. We offer the option to book a full family appointment, accommodating all your hair care needs in a single appointment. As well as a private room if needed.
